DAVID ROSS is a designer and lecturer in architecture living in the San Francisco area. David graduated from the Cooper Union in NY and subsequently went on to publish pamphlet architecture #24, “Some among them are Killers: Unmanaged landscapes for non u.s. Military and government users”.
